CEEX is a startup that strives on becoming an exchange where private consumers can buy or sell their renewable energy to the public.

Our first goal was to fully align the frontend with a revamped backend and incorporating new APIs. The second goal we set up, was to include features which were once wished for by the customer, but had to be scrapped for the planned MVP, which belongs to our first goal. Included in this is the implementation of adding property and the proofs of concept for choosing property and advanced settings. These Implementations were approved with the usability tests, which was a goal by itself. The fourth goal was to theoretically combine the DSO and User Dashboard and give multiple options for possible ways to implement.
The Backend switched from a C# backend to a Python backend run on Django. With the technology change, also parts of the database changed, which means that new API calls have to be made. The existing Frontend was based on the C# backend, and still utilized the old API calls which do not work anymore.
The aforementioned MVP was implemented and approved by users, the feature Add Property is implementable, and Proofs of Concept were created for the other planned features.
