The project goal of Leadtool 2 is to simplify and improve the daily work of client advisors, sales managers and general agents in Allianz' pilot offices. Working with customer leads should no longer be an arduous process, but, with Leadtool 2, be simple, understandable, easy to track and even fun.
One year ago, a first Leadtool solution was built for Allianz by a team of IP34/20vt students. Seeing opportunities for further development of the tool, our client Robin Roth requested a second project with the aim of improving the first version of the tool and adding new features. The usability of the tool should be improved and features like an extended filtering, new configuration options and a more detailed hierarchy of the users were amongst the requirements for the new Leadtool.
Here you can see a preview of our home screen where users will be able to add and edit leads, as well as search and filter for specific leads.
On the settings page users can be managed (add, edit, delete) and organized into teams and general agencies. Additionally, certain attributes of leads can be configured.
Users can import data directly from an excel file and then match the columns to the given attributes from the leads table on the home screen.
Our last core feature is the permission system, allowing users to be assigned different roles based on company position. These roles in turn grant access to various permissions and functions such as lead accessibility or user-, permission- and source management. The roles implemented into Leadtool 2 have been defined by our customer, to best reflect the existing hierarchy at Allianz.
Leadtool 1 is only used as a reference point for certain functionality in Leadtool 2.
Leadtool 2 creates not just a more efficient way for client advisors to work with leads but also a better overview of their leads, thereby fostering an improved workflow.
