We have created a state of the art software to report, visualize and forecast data related to waste management.

The goal of the project is to provide the customer with a new and easy to use software for managing data related to waste management. Our software reduces the operating effort and optimices the output. Another goal is that our application can be easily managed by IT and that it can be extended by other project teams.
The current software is no longer up to date or supported. Workflows are done manually and the export of data is tedious and time-consuming due to the distributed tables. Trends cannot be created and the program is based on the already very outdated Microsoft Access 2010. For reports, the data is first exported manually from the application, then prepared in Excel, and then inserted into the required reports.
With our product we create a new and convenient way to report, visualize and forecast data related to the waste management of the city of Olten. It is web-based and can be opened in any browser. The old processes are automated and trends can also be displayed in the future. This allows easy management of data, fast registration of new customers as well as easy generation of statistics and forecasts for reports.
