Our Order Manager supports the Simmental Brewery in managing its orders via the existing WooCommerce online store. The developed Wordpress plugin integrates seamlessly into the brewery's existing workflow.

Currently the Simmentaler Brewery uses a Wordpress webpage with a webshop plugin called WooCommerce for their online appearance and are satisfied with the functionalities that this solution provides. However, there are multiple cumbersome and repetitive tasks to achieve their goals which are distributed over their accounting software (Bexio) and the website itself. The solution we provide will drastically reduce and simply those processes and change management will be focused on just one application. We provide additional functionality to help Simmentaler achieve their goals faster and easier. The solution is directly adapted to the needs of our customer and is provided as a Wordpress Plugin, for an easy integration into their existing application environment.
Administrative tasks were distributed over the web application and Bexio. New entries over the Webinterface resulted in multiple manual changes in Bexio. The products and prices were stored in Bexio and had to be changed for every order if the customer didn't match the standard pattern. The user management is also in Bexio and redundant to the webstore. Even though there are multiple customer roles it's difficult to manage them and there are missing filtering options. There exists only one pricelist even though there should be at least one per customer role and/or event.
The Simmentaler Brewery now has a personalized solution for their needs. The heavy weight of the user and product management was moved to only one place. All Orders can now be managed in one central tool and are synchronized with the accounting software.
The Simmentaler Bier web shop is now ready to support the brewery in its steadily growing business, with new possibilities in both B2C and B2B.
Our plugin seemlessly integrates into the existing Wordpress installation and provides the brewery with many additional features that they weren't able to use with the existing shop, for example Custom Order Manager, price lists, availability control.
