CEEX aims to create a web application that empowers the energy market. Private households with photovoltaic installations on their roof are given the opportunity to sell their produced energy to their neighbours.
The complete opening of the energy market in Switzerland is expected by 2025. With that, consumers with a yearly energy consumption of less than 100 MWh will be able to choose their energy supplier. This can even be your next neighbours, who are producing renewable energy with their photovoltaic installations on their roof. However, a marketplace for this does not exist yet.
On Figma we created a hi-fi prototype and evaluated this with potential end-users. The technical implementations with
Angular and Django REST Framework contains the structure of the application as well as the registration process.
