Our goal is to provide the teachers and customers of the Learning Institute with all the information they need. You should have immediate access to certain information in digital form and be able to order digitally. The advantages will be: no waiting time, less effort for teachers and customers to get the information they need, total transparency, and a professional appearance between the Learning Institute and its teachers and customers.
Learning Institute is a comprehensive tutoring and language course provider, specializing in private students and businesses with highly customized and individualized offerings. They currently work with custom software based on Microsoft Azure and their current programming language is C#. They have developed a web-based solution for their teachers, but not yet for the students, although students already have digital access to some information by receiving personalized links. The digital information for teachers and students is accessible through the web application. This project was created because there is still a lot of important information that teachers and students do not yet have access to and in order to obtain such information, they have to contact the Learning Institute, which has to manually prepare this information and send it to the applicant. This situation no longer meets quality standards.
Our solution is to simplify and automate the flow of information and access to enable a simpler workflow and less work for teachers, students, and Learning Institute employees. Since such a simplified process significantly reduces the amount of work and human intervention required, many work hours can be saved. In addition, teachers and students will have faster access to the data they need as they do not have to wait for responses from the Learning Institute. As an example, job references used to be requested via email, then filled out and returned by an employee. Now the teacher can just press a button, the job report will be automatically created based on his evaluations and he can download it accordingly. The effort for the employee is eliminated and the teacher has his reference much faster.
