A web platform as a self-service, that is used for price estimation, offering of transport sidelines and calculation of transport routes.
The transport industry does not leverage digital technologies yet. Until now, there are no defined processes to handle customer inquiries, and customer requests are mostly taken by phone. Routes are elaborately planned by hand and the know-how among employees is not retained or transferred. An ideal solution would be a uniform and efficient process to plan exceptional transports and convert them into offers, available as a tool for both internal employees and external customers.
Our Solution is a modern web application designed as a self-service platform. This brings multiple benefits through reliable price estimation, guided permit application, offering of transport sidelines and calculation of transport routes. From entering the route to the final authorization for the transport, it supports a customer in the whole process. At the same time, employees have the benefit of a detailed overview of all offers, can manage them uniformly, and respond to customer inquiries in no time. A previously non-standardized process is now standardized and handled completely digital.
