Overview of NeSeM infrastructure
Implementation of an additional user interface for the existing Network Security Manager
English, webIDE, NeSeM, Vue.js, JavaScript, JSON, Protobuf etc.
The goal is to create rules (profiles) for the Agent, a part of the Network Security Manager(NeSeM) in a web user interface.
The IMVS has developed new approaches for malware security. The result is a prototype tool called "Network and Security Manager", NeSeM. A part of it is the Agent, which is installed on the client. The Agent checks the processes on the client using rules, which are configurated by the administrator. In order that the rules are dynamic, it is written in JavaScript. Simple rules can be generated without writing code. Complex rules can be written in JavaScript. Thereby the rules have to fulfill certain conditions. Furthermore the rules can use functions and data types provided by the Agent.
